When I first met Gregg Manson, I was recently promoted to the position fixed operations director with the responsibility of 17 large stores. To say that I was overwhelmed would be an understatement. Gregg made himself readily available to assist me at my new position. Through his coaching and mentoring, I learned to lead myself, so that I could become a leader to others. He also rekindled my thirst for knowledge by ensuring that I had a plan for personal growth. Most importantly however, is that Gregg taught me the importance of mentoring and creating leaders for our chosen field. I am very appreciative of my time spent with Gregg, as are the managers that I mentor on a daily basis.
